This service provides a process - and solutions focused option towards assisting individuals plan and navigate their career path to achieve their definition of success and maintain their competitiveness within the labour market accordingly.

Individual Assessment

Individual requests for assessment provide further insight to adress a concern and/or assist in career decisions (i.e. selecting an educational pathway towards an ideal career; mid-career changes and adress conflicts experienced at work). The assessment process is concluded with a feedback session of 1 hour and a report to aid in future decision-making

Psycho-legal Services

The psycho-legal service referral is typically received from an attorney and consists of extensive consultation with the client in addition to in-depth research including but not limited to the impact of socio-economic status, labour market- and earnings data-analysis, biographical background, pre- and post-academic achievements... career aspirations and employment experiences, psychometric profile (if relevant), expert opinions and collateral information – to produce a psycho-legal report. This report is prepared for the court in addition to addendum reports and joint minutes when required. The case is maintained through attending pre-trial consultations and providing expert witness testimony, as requested

 

Virtual Consultation

A virtual consultation is a remote video conversation between the psychologist and client to outline the service requirement. This conversation is then followed up by a face-to-face meeting to enable service delivery (i.e. Assessment, Development discussions or Psycho-legal appointments as required).
