Bridging the IOP Psycho-Legal Gap: From Conceptualisation to Competence (Virtual)

Following the inception and success of the Bridging the IOP Psycho-Legal Gap: From Conceptualisation to Competence course in 2023, the NGIP training team is proud to announce that the course has been quality assured by, and will be presented in collaboration with, Enterprises University of Pretoria.

Under the guidance of Professor Karel Stanz (Department of Human Resource Management) as Course / Programme Leader, this in-depth training aims to equip IOPs in the psycho-legal field with necessary knowledge, skills, and competencies to navigate the psycho-legal field more effectively and make informed decisions within relevant parameters; whilst interactive and practical components aim to bridge the gap between theory and real-world application by providing group discussions, case presentations, simulations, peer-to-peer learning, guidance from experienced practitioners, and the opportunity to produce a sample report, based on case presentations, for peer review.

This in depth course consists of 5 modules (presented in a virtual / online format), each split into 2 sessions to enhance learning outcomes and participant engagement while making the course more accessible to delegates with busy schedules.
